This site is maintained by engineers from Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC), a technology consulting and software services company in the communication domain. It contains tutorials on subjects in wireless communications, broadband communications and software engineering, as well as technical topics of general technical interest. The site is used as a tutorial for our engineers as well as a means of collaborative learning.
