In this web-page, the following is incorrect..
"whereas in 3G-RNC system RRC has 4 SRBs i.e. SRB0, SRB1, SRB2 and SRB3 (optional)."
In 3G-RNC, SRB3 isn't optional. Instead, SRB4 is optional. Besides, there're 5 SRBs namely SRB0 to SRB4.

In LTE, SRB2 has lower priority than SRB1. It's mentioned the other way around here....
"SRB2 is for high-priority RRC messages, using DCCH logical channel."
Please correct it.
